Two “Taste of the Valley” events planned for this year.
Area residents will have two chances to have a “Taste of the Valley” this year.
The original Taste of the Valley event, held last October in Cobden, was a solid success so two events are being held this year. The first takes place this Saturday at the Arnprior Fair Grounds. It runs between 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.
At the event, local farmers and artisans will be handing out samples, providing demonstrations and selling their locally grown or produced goods.
The event is presented through the co-operation of Renfrew County, in partnership with the Renfrew County Community Futures Development Corporation and the Buy Local Committee.
Another Taste of the Valley will take place this later this year in Cobden. |
