Renfrew County Private Land Stewardship

Consultants were hired to complete a “Report/Discussion Paper” on the County’s private land forests. The “Discussion Paper” profiles the role of private land forests in maintaining a sustainable forest industry.

It also identifies challenges and opportunities to ensure a sustainable high quality wood supply from private lands and provides a series of recommendations to influence sustainable forest management on private lands.
