Mobile Abattoir Feasibility Study

In partnership with Prince Edward Lenox and Addington CFDC was the production of a Mobile Abattoir Feasibility Study. WCM Consulting was hired to perform the study. They explored more convenient ways for producers to access abattoirs, in light of the fact that so many have closed.

The study included the feasibility to mobile abattoirs, transportation options or expanding certain facilities in areas of less service.
