Health Care Labour Market Forum

Algonquin College, in partnership with Renfrew County Community Futures Development Corporation, is organizing a labour market forum for Renfrew County’s health care sector to address the shortage of health care workers in the region. Based on feedback the College has received, several organizations have identified that they are having difficulty filling positions including Personal Support Workers and Nurses. This forum will bring together health care partners from across the county with education, economic development and employment services professionals to explore the issues and to develop a community action plan to address them.

In advance, we ask that someone who is knowledgeable of any labour market pressures that your organization is experiencing complete the following survey. This survey will provide us with baseline information that will help our facilitator organize the forum discussions. We ask that you complete this survey by Friday, November 16thSurvey Link.
The survey should only take 5 minutes of your time to complete.

There is no fee to attend the forum, however space is limited. Therefore we ask that organizations register no more than 2 people.
